Your box number was given at the time the account was created.

The frequency of departures from flights is:

Weekly departures from China and Brazil

Departures every 15 days from Argentina, Spain and Germany.

Once your supplier confirms the delivery of your package at our offices, it will be processed between 24-72 hours (business days). And would be available for pickup in Asunción or in any other of are branches between 5-7 days.

The tracking number is the one provided by the courier your vendor or yourself chose. Some courier companies that provide tracking numbers are USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL, among others.
