Once registered, we will send your box number to your email, and you can log onto your account. Your box number is your identification as a customer; there you will be able to see the status of your packages.

4 Provide your box number and shipping address
After providing your name and box number; you must provide the address of the office that is in the country from where you want to buy

5 After receiving the invoice of your purchase
After receiving your invoice, the tracking number listed will tell you on what day they will send your order to the address you provided.
Ex.: Amazon usually takes 7 to 10 days to deliver in our warehouse in Miami.
Once delivered in our warehouse in Miami, it will be processed (within 24 and 48 hs.), your package will appear in your account once it is processed. Since then, you can track your package through the web once you are logged in
7 "In transit"
USA transit time is usually 48 hours at 72 hours.
Your package remains in transit until the status changes to "Embarked" once the package is already in our office in Asunción.
8 It is processed
Once your package has arrived it will be processed by us and will appear in your account with the status "in process".
9 Ready for pick-up
Once your package has reached its final destination you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for pick up.

The frequency of departures from flights is:
Weekly departures from China and Brazil
Departures every 15 days from Argentina, Spain and Germany.
And 2 weekly departures from the US to Asunción. (Those days are: Thursdays, and Saturdays

Once your supplier confirms the delivery of your package at our offices, it will be processed between 24-72 hours (business days). And would be available for pickup in Asunción or in any other of are branches between 5-7 days.
